Heat Molding & Compression Fitting

With the purchase of your new skate this process is a must and is free of charge

  • Fit is confirmed & boots are heated
  • Boots are laced up again
  • Feet are placed in the compression machine for 10 minutes
Net Result = Customized fit & Reduced break-in time.


To ensure and  prolong the life of your boots, Pierce has devised a multi-step water proofing process.  Another service that is included at no additional charge with your boot purchase.
Net Result = Boots will last longer


Mounting must be done by a trained technician to result in.  This process is at no charge with your boot + blade purchase.

  • Proper alignment
  • Level blades
Net Result = Correct balance & Edge control

Our skate department manager Ted Petroskey was mentored by some of the legends in the figure skate world including Joe DeLio, Norma & Wally Sahline, Roy Oberhammer and Carlo Fassi. This wealth of knowledge has become key to training our staff.
